Al Hilal’s impressive form in the Roshn Saudi League has been acknowledged with two major monthly awards for October.

The reigning champions from the 2023-24 campaign secured nine points out of a possible nine during matchweeks 5 to 7, a perfect record that earned head coach Simone Inzaghi the Manager of the Month award. His goalkeeper, Yassine Bono, was also recognized as Goalkeeper of the Month.

Under Inzaghi’s guidance, Al Hilal displayed exceptional balance between attack and defense, producing commanding performances across all three fixtures. The team’s solid defense did not concede a single goal during that period, highlighting Bono’s consistent reliability between the posts.

Their October run included a 5-0 demolition of Al Ettifaq, followed by a 2-0 victory in the Saudi Clasico away at Al Ittihad, and concluded with a 1-0 Riyadh derby triumph against Al Shabab. These results propelled Al Hilal to second place before Matchweek 7 ended, leaving them in third position, four points behind league leaders Al Nassr.
